Action for Family Carers

The services that Action for Family Carers can offer includes:

  • Access to Free counselling
  • Befriending service: telephone or face to face contact
  • Support for Young Carers aged 5 years to 18 years of age
  • Day Care services for the “cared for” to provide respite for the Carer
  • Feeling good, Caring Well services; this includes Stress reduction, managing emotions and other well-being activities.
  • Building Better Opportunities to support Carers to work, education or volunteering.
