The services that Action for Family Carers can offer includes:
- Access to Free counselling
- Befriending service: telephone or face to face contact
- Support for Young Carers aged 5 years to 18 years of age
- Day Care services for the “cared for” to provide respite for the Carer
- Feeling good, Caring Well services; this includes Stress reduction, managing emotions and other well-being activities.
- Building Better Opportunities to support Carers to work, education or volunteering.
